• Personal & Business Information (Partners) : 
  • Onboarding Data :  Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Business/Store Name, and Physical Address.
  • KYC Documents :  PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Biometric Data (for identity verification), Voter ID, and Bank Account Details (for settlements).
• Transaction & Usage Data : 
  • Details of every transaction executed through the platform (e.g., amount, beneficiary bank accounts, recipient mobile numbers, consumer IDs for bill payments).
  • Device information (IP address, operating system, unique device identifiers, and browser type).

2. Device Permissions We Request (Mobile App)

To function smoothly and comply with banking security regulations, the PayConnectX Android App requires the following permissions:

• Location :  Required by regulatory authorities to verify the exact geographic coordinates of financial transactions (especially AEPS and Micro-ATM) to prevent fraud.
• Camera :  Required for scanning QR codes and taking live photos/documents during the digital KYC process.
• Storage :  Required to download and save transaction receipts, statements, and invoices.

How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data strictly for business operations, compliance, and service improvement:

• To process real-time financial transactions, recharges, and bill payments.
• To facilitate secure "Move-to-Bank" settlements into your registered account.
• To verify identities and conduct mandatory KYC checks as per RBI and NPCI guidelines.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activities.
• To send critical transaction updates, OTPs, receipts, and system alerts via SMS/WhatsApp.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

PayConnectX does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party marketing agencies. We only share information with:

• Banking Partners & Gateways :  Authorized banking institutions, NPCI, and service providers (like BBPS) necessary to process transactions.
• Legal Authorities :  Government bodies, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory authorities if required by law or to protect against fraudulent activities.

Data Security & Storage

• Enterprise-Grade Protection :  We employ advanced multi-layer encryption (SSL/TLS protocols) to secure data during transit and at rest.
• Safe Storage :  Your financial credentials, passwords, and sensitive information are heavily hashed and stored securely, preventing unauthorized access.
• User Responsibility :  Partners are strictly advised never to share their PayConnectX password, MPIN, or transaction OTPs with anyone, including individuals claiming to be PayConnectX employees.

We retain your personal and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to comply with standard financial auditing, legal obligations, and statutory regulatory requirements in India.
